生物活性
描述 BODIPY-FL is a lipophilic, amine-reactive fluorescent dye, with excitation/emission maxima of 503/512 nm, respectively[1]. BODIPY-FL can be used to label probe or primer for fluorescent quenching-based quantitative detection of specific DNA/RNA. BODIPY-FL-labeled monoterpenoid can be used to examine the features of a broad spectrum of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and pathogenic fungi as well[2].
