| 描述 | Pterosin B is a natural product isolated and purified from the aerial parts of Pteris semipinnata, is a salt-inducible kinase 3 (Sik3) pathway inhibitor, preventing chondrocyte hypertrophy and osteoarthritis in mice by inhibiting Sik3. Pterosin B has multiple targets in gluconeogenic programs, including coenzyme Q in RORα-SRC2 signaling, and shows cytotoxicity against HL 60 cells (human leukemia) with the IC(50) value of 8.7 mg/mL. | ||
