描述 Yangonin, a natural product isolated and purified from the roots of Piper methysticum, possess significant binding affinity for the cannabinoid receptor CB1 and inhibits NF-κB activation through suppression of the transcriptional activity of the RelA/p65 subunit of NF-κB.
