生物活性
描述 (±)-N-3-Benzylnirvanol comprises a racemic blend of (+)-N-3-Benzylnirvanol and (-)-N-3-Benzylnirvanol. Both enantiomers, (+)-N-3-Benzylnirvanol and (-)-N-3-Benzylnirvanol, exhibit potent and selective inhibition of cytochrome P450, with Ki values of 0.25 and 5.3 μM for CYP2C19, respectively [1].
