生物活性
描述 Paulownin, a natural product isolated and purified from the barks of Paulownia tomentosa, is active against the MCF-7 breast cancer cell line with IC50 values of 14.0 uM, and has the action of anti-inflammation, analgesia, immunity, hypoglycemia and has little toxicity. Paulownin demonstrates inhibitory activities against H. pylori Cystathionine gamma- synthase (HpCGS) with IC50 values of 19 +/- 2 mM, highly inhibiting the growth of H. pylori, and exhibits strong inhibitory specificity against H. pylori related to E. coli.
