| 描述 | Vitamin E (VE) is considered a candidate anticancer drug. It has a significant antioxidant effect that prevents cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis, and cancer.VE has anti-inflammatory and antithrombolytic functions, and protects cell membranes. Using our Vitamin E-conjugated tumor-targeting compound revealed that the cellular uptake of 123I-1 increased in a time-dependent manner (3.48 ± 0.16, 3.59 ± 0.32, 4.26 ± 0.32, and 5.35 ± 0.54% at 1, 4, 16, and 24 h, respectively). In addition, HeLa cells were treated with 100 μM Vitamin E for 24 h,Vitamin E early-phase, 3.09%; late-phase apoptosis, 1.85%[2]. | ||
