描述 DODAP is a type of cationic lipid, serving as the ionizable lipid component of liposomes with a pKa of 5.59 as determined in TNS binding assays. It is suitable for encapsulating siRNA and for the in vitro andin vivo delivery of immunostimulatory chemotherapeutic agents[1][2][3][4][5].
