描述 HEPPS (EPPS) functions as a buffer agent, effective within the pH range from 7.3 to 8.7. It has been shown to mitigate Aβ-aggregate-induced memory deficits and rescue cognitive impairments in mice. EPPS is orally bioavailable and capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier[1].
