描述 Columbamine is a quaternary isoquinoline alkaloid isolated and purified from the roots of Coptis chinensis Franch, shows strong activity with IC50 48.1 µM and exerts anti-proliferative and anti-vasculogenic effects on metastatic human osteosarcoma U2OS cells with low toxicity.
