溶解后的蛋白溶液可以在2-8°C下保存2-7天。如要长期保存，建议使用含载体蛋白(如 0.1%BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA)的溶液进一步稀释，如果是做无血清培养或者动物体内实验时，细胞因子中不能含有BSA、FBS 和 HAS，可以使用海藻糖作为载体，然后分装冻存于-20℃至-80℃。注:分装保存时建议使用低吸附的管子，并避免反复冻融；稀释分装浓度不低于 10μg/mL，分装体积不低于10μL。
分装后的蛋白在≤-20°C 下可稳定保存 3 个月。
产品背景：C-C motif chemokine 17 (CCL17) is a novel CC chemokine, it belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. CCL17 is expressed at high levels in thymus, and at a lower level in lung, colon, and small intestine. CCL17 is also transiently expressed in stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Among CC chemokine family members, CCL17 has approximately 24 - 29% amino acid sequence identity with RANTES, MIP-1 alpha, MIP-1 beta, MCP-1, MCP-2 and MCP-3. CCL17 has been identified to be Chemotactic factor for T-lymphocytes but not monocytes or granulocytes. CCL17 plays a role in T-cell development in thymus and in trafficking and activation of mature T-cells.
