描述 Xanthohumol, a natural product isolated and purified from the herbs of Humulus lupulus and a potent chemotherapeutic candidate for cervical cancer, inhibits the development of obese patients as well as the progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and displays anti-hepatitis C virus activity in a cell culture system and may be potentially used as an alternative or complementary treatment against the hepatitis C virus.
