生物活性
描述 Mps1-IN-3 is a strong inhibitor of MPS1 kinase, having an IC50 value of 50 nM. It effectively halts the growth of U251 glioblastoma cells with an IC50 of approximately 5 µM. Mps1-IN-3 (2 μM) fully disrupts the checkpoint mechanism[1].
