| 描述 | Hecogenin is a natural product isolated and purified from the roots of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which can protect gastro by K⁺(ATP) channels opening and the COX-2/PG pathway. Hecogenin acetate attenuates mechanical hyperalgesia by blocking the neural transmission of pain at the spinal cord levels and by cytokines-inhibitory mechanisms. Hecogenin acetate also exerts anti-cancer effects by modulating reactive species production, inducing cell cycle arrest and senescence and also modulating ERK1/2 phosphorylation and MMP-2 production. | ||
