生物活性
描述 DOTAP chloride is a potent cationic lipid for transient and stable transfection of DNA (plasmids, baculoviruses) and modified nucleic acids (antisense oligonucleotides). DOTAP chloride recombines by binding to DNA. The transfection efficiency of DOTAP chloride is primarily affected by lipid composition and cell type, and is not affected by size or ZETA potential[1].
