描述 TNG260 is a CoREST-selective deacetylase (CoreDAC) inhibitor, which inhibits HDAC1 with 10-fold selectivity over HDAC3. By targeting HDAC1, TNG260 not only counters anti-PD1 resistance associated with the loss of STK11 but also reduces the infiltration of neutrophils within tumors and promotes immune-mediated cell death[1].
