描述 Olumacostat glasaretil is an acetyl-CoA carboxylase inhibitor, and inhibits acetyl-coenzyme A carboxylase, which is responsible for the first, rate-limiting step in de novo fatty acid synthesis. Olumacostat glasaretil has been used in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
