| 描述 | Arecoline hydrobromide is a nicotinic acids-based alkaloid and a muscarinic acetylcholine receptor agonist. The LD50 of subcutaneous injection value is 100 mg/kg in mouse. In vivo research suggests that Arecoline hydrobromide has specific effects on either the circulating blood cells or their production and long-term administration of high doses of Ah is likely to be toxic[3]. Arecoline treatment for 10 days at a dose of 10 mg/kg markedly facilitated β-cell regeneration and reversed testicular and sex accessory dysfunctions by increasing the levels of serum insulin and gonadotropins in type 1 diabetic rats[4]. | ||
