| 描述 | Thiazolyl Blue (MTT) is a tetrazolium dye known for its cell permeability and positive charge, making it valuable for detecting reductive metabolism within cells. Once inside, Thiazolyl Blue is reduced to formazan by intracellular NAD(P)H-oxidoreductases. This property makes Thiazolyl Blue a widely used dye in colorimetric assays aimed at evaluating cell proliferation, cytotoxicity, and apoptosis, by measuring the activity of these reductases as an indicator of cell metabolic activity[1]. | ||
