描述 Butyzamide is an orally bioavailable stimulator of Mpl, a thrombopoietin (TPO) receptor. It enhances the phosphorylation of JAK2, STAT3, STAT5, and MAPK. Additionally, Butyzamide elevates human platelet levels in a mouse xenotransplantation assay[1].
