生物活性
描述 DMPO is a cell-permeable hydrophilic spin-trapping agent used to detect superoxide[1].Acting at a concentration of 100 μM for 24 h, DMPO attenuated SIN-1 (500 μM, 2 h) mediated cytotoxicity and ROS generation in BAEC or HEK293 cells[3].At a concentration of 100 μM for 24 h, DMPO increased NO levels by increasing eNOS activity and phosphorylated-eNOS levels in BAEC cells[3].In the concentration range of 1-100 mM, DMPO inhibited FMLP and concanavalin A-induced O2- secretion from neutrophils[4].At a concentration of 50 mM for 24 h, DMPO inhibited LPS-triggered production of M1-related pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α) and NO in RAW 264.7 cells[5].
