| 描述 | Antimalarial agent 14 is a potent inhibitor of mitochondrial electron transport[1].Antimalarial agent 14 inhibits P. falciparum at concentrations less than 400 μM for 48 h (IC50 = 443 nM) but has limited cytotoxicity to human cells (CC50 = 54.6 ± 0.23 μM). Antimalarial agent 14 inhibits the mitochondrial membrane potential of P. falciparum, with IC50 ΔΨmit of 16 μM[1]. | ||
