描述 Cjoc42 is a compound with the ability to bind to gankyrin, inhibiting its activity in a dose-dependent manner. Cjoc42 prevents the decrease in p53 protein levels typically induced by high levels of gankyrin and restores p53-dependent transcription and DNA damage sensitivity [1].
