描述 Tz-Thalidomide, labeled with a tetrazine group, is a variant of Thalidomide. It exhibits binding affinity for BRD4, with IC50 values of 46.25 μM (BRD4-1) and 62.55 μM (BRD4-2). Containing a tetrazine moiety, Tz-Thalidomide can undergo iEDDA reactions with molecules that have a TCO group, making it a viable click chemistry reagent[1].
