描述 ICA-105574 is a powerful and effective activator of hERG channels. Its primary mechanism of action involves eliminating hERG channel inactivation. ICA-105574 significantly enhances current amplitudes by over 10-fold, with an EC50 value of 0.5 +/- 0.1 μM and a Hill slope (n(H)) of 3.3 +/- 0.2 [1].
