生物活性
描述 BAY-6035 is a potent, selective and substrate-competitive SMYD3 inhibitor. BAY-6035 inhibits methylation of the MEKK2 peptide with an IC50 of 88 nM. BAY-6035 inhibits methylation of MEKK2 in cells with an IC50 of 70 nM[1].
