生物活性
描述 WM-3835 is a potent and highly specific inhibitor of HBO1 (KAT7 or MYST2), binding directly to its acetyl-CoA binding site of HBO1 33. It induces apoptosis and inhibits osteosarcoma (OS) cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. WM-3835 exhibits antitumor properties and effectively suppresses the growth of pOS-1 xenografts in mice[1].
