生物活性
描述 KL201, a modulator of the circadian clock, selectively stabilizes isoform cryptochrome 1 (CRY1). However, it does not exert any stabilizing influence on CRY2. KL201 is effective in extending the period of circadian rhythms in both cellular and tissue contexts.
