生物活性
描述 Tubulins play a key role in organizing the spatial distribution of organelles throughout interphase and of chromsomes during cell division. Tubulin inhibitor 6 is a tubulin inhibitor, which inhibits tubulin polymerization with an IC50 of 0.87 μM. Tubulin inhibitor 6 displayed submicromolar antiproliferative activity with an IC50 of 0.84 μM and inhibited K562 cell growth in vitro[1].
