描述 AK-IN-1 is an inhibitor of adenosine kinase (AK) that competitively inhibits adenosine (Ado) but not ATP. AK-IN-1 inhibits 86%, 87%, and 89% of AK activity at concentrations of 2, 4, and 10 µM, respectively. It holds promise for research across various disease areas, including ischemia, inflammation, and seizures [1].
