描述 JC124 is a specific NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor that selectively inhibits the formation of NLRP3 inflammasomes and caspase-1 activation, and reduces IL-1β in vitro. JC124 has anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects[1].
