生物活性
描述 Ferric maltol is an orally active complex of a single iron ion (Fe3+). Ferric maltol has potential for the treatment of iron-deficiency anaemia in inflammatory bowel disease[1].Administration of Ferric maltol increases transferrin saturation and levels of serum iron, serum ferritin, reticulocyte haemoglobin and haemoglobin[1].
