生物活性
描述 Eact is a selective, potent TMEM16A activator that directly activates TRPV1 channels in sensory nociceptors. Eact activates membrane currents in a concentration-dependent manner in mTRPV1-expressing HEK293T cells with an EC50 of 11.6 ± 2.5 μM. Eact produces itchy, acute nociceptive, and thermal hypersensitivity responses[1].
