| 描述 | TCS1105, a benzodiazepine ligand, is an agonist of α2-subunit-containing GABAA receptors and an antagonist of α1-subunit-containing GABAA receptors. TCS1105 reduces anxiety-like behaviours in mice, and enhances aggressive behaviours and social dominance. TCS1105 prevents Sema3A-induced collapse of the AGC (axonal growth cones) in a concentration-dependent manner[1][2]. | ||
