生物活性
描述 SW-100 is a selective HDAC6 inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.3 nM and is at least 1000 times more selective for HDAC6 than all other HDAC isozymes. SW-100 has significant blood-brain barrier permeability[1].SW-100 significantly increases acetylated α-tubulin levels in a dose-dependent manner over a concentration range of less than 10 µM for 48 hours[1].
