描述 Protein kinase C theta (PKCθ) is a serine/threonine kinase that belongs to the calcium-independent protein kinase C family. It is a key enzyme in T cell activation, differentiation and survival. PKCθ inhibitor inhibits PKCθ with an IC50 value of 0.012μM[1].
