描述 NI-42 serves as a structurally distinct chemical probe for BRPFs. It is a selective and potent inhibitor of the bromodomains of BRPFs, with IC50 values for BRPF1/2/3 at 7.9, 48, and 260 nM, respectively, and Kd values at 40, 210, and 940 nM, respectively. Its inhibition shows remarkable specificity for class IV BRD proteins[1].
