It hinders sAC-dependent activities within cellular and physiological contexts, paving the way for investigating the therapeutic benefits of sAC inhibition. Administered in a range of 0.5-100 μM for 60 minutes, LRE1 effectively impairs both sperm and mitochondrial functions associated with sAC[1]. | ||
