生物活性
描述 PROTAC BRD9 Degrader-1 is a PROTAC targeting on BRD9, consist of a BRD9 bromodomain probe I-BRD9 as a warhead ligand and pomalidomide as the CRBN ligand. BRD9 Degrader-1 at concentration of 500nM led an obvious degradation of BRD9 in MOLM-13 cells post 4h. Compared with PROTAC BRD9 Degrader-2 or PROTAC BRD9 Degrader-3, PROTAC BRD9 Degrader-1 may work more as the “lead”[1].
