生物活性
描述 CM11 is a PROTAC with VHL ligand and targeting on VHL self-degradation with DC50<100nM. Treatment with 1μM CM11 for 10h selectively led to a degradation of pVHL30 isoform of VHL in HEK 293, HeLa and U2OS cells. The induction of pVHL30 depletion was in a concentration and time-dependent fashion, without triggering a hypoxic response. CMP 98 is the negative control of it[1].
