生物活性
描述 AUT1 is a recombinant human Kv3 channel modulator. AUT1 modulates human recombinant Kv3.1b and Kv3.2a channels with pEC50 values of 5.33 μM and 5.31 μM, respectively. AUT1 can be used to study disorders associated with dysfunctional inhibitory feedback of the cortical limbic loop, such as schizophrenia[1].
