| 描述 | DLin-KC2-DMA is an ionisable cationic lipid (pKa≈6) that is virtually non-toxic to antigen-presenting cells (APCs). When combined with lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), DLin-KC2-DMA produces significant siRNA-mediated silencing of the GAPDH gene. DLin-KC2-DMA can be used for siRNA delivery studies. DLin-KC2-DMA efficiently facilitates the release of siRNAs into cellular membranes after uptake by endocytosis pathway[1][2]. | ||
