生物活性
描述 Altretamine is an antineoplastic agent approved for the treatment of ovarian cancer. It displays cytotoxic activity in a human ovarian carcinoma cell line at a concentration of 10μg/mL[3]. In a mouse model of M5076 reticulum cell sarcoma, treatment with altretamine at a dosage of 150mg/kg resulted in 70% inhibition of tumor volume[4].
