| 描述 | ML198, a modulator of Gcase with an EC50 value of 0.4 μM, is an activator of Gcase and a non-inhibitory chaperone. At a concentration of 5 µM, ML198 increased GCase translocation to lysosomes in human fibroblasts at a rate of 20%. ML198 has good microsomal stability, also exihibits permeability to Caco-2 cells, with low water solubility. ML198 can be used in the study of Gaucher disease[1]. | ||
