| 描述 | Syn-2,3-dihydroxy-3 - (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) propionic acid (m-DGA) is a synthetic derivative of chemical poly [3 - (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) glyceric acid] (p-DGA). Both p-DGA and m-DGA inhibited the growth and induced death of prostate cancer cells, caused G1 phase arrest of PCa cells by regulating the expression of cell cycle regulators. Moreover, m-DGA (50 and 100 µg/mL) decreased 22Rv1 cell growth by 12–34% and 43–61% after 24 and 48h of treatment[3]. | ||
