Tetrahydropalmatine is an isoquinoline alkaloid mainly found in the genus Corydalis with analgesic effects. It antagonizes dopamine D1, and D2 receptors as well as actions at dopamine D3, alpha adrenergic and serotonin receptors, with Ki values of 124 nM and 388 nM for D1 and D2 dopamine receptors, respectively.

Tetrahydropalmatine/延胡索乙素 生物活性

描述 Tetrahydropalmatine, one of the active components of rhizoma corydalis, exert several pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and analgesic activities. Tetrahydropalmatine did not exhibit any cellular toxicity up to 40 µM. Tetrahydropalmatine suppress lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 cells and it inhibited pre-adipocyte differentiation in a concentration-dependent manner[3]. Tetrahydropalmatine (80 mg/kg) may protect against ketamine-induced learning and memory impairment in mice via antioxidative, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic mechanisms[4].
