Pneumocandin B0/纽莫康定 B0 生物活性

描述 Cancidas is the first of a new class of antifungals, the echinocandins. It has been approved by the FDA for treatment of invasive aspergillosis in patients who fail to respond to or are unable to tolerate other antifungal drugs[3]. Pneumocandin B0 is an intermediate in the production of the antifungal drug, Cancidas[4].
