Oseltamivir phosphate/磷酸奥司他韦 生物活性

描述 Oseltamivir is an antiviral neuraminidase inhibitor used for the treatment and prevention of infection with influenza viruses A (including pandemic H1N1) and B (flu). Oseltamivir exerts its antiviral activity by inhibiting the activity of the viral neuraminidase enzyme found on the surface of the virus, which prevents budding from the host cell, viral replication, and infectivity. The enzyme cleaves the sialic acid which is found on glycoproteins on the surface of human cells that helps new virions to exit the cell. Thus oseltamivir prevents new viral particles from being released[1].
