描述	3PT is a potent and selective transketolase inhibitor, binds to the enzyme upon pyrophosphorylation with a dissociation constant (Kd) of 22 nM for the apoenzyme form of transketolase (Apo-TK), which lacks bound thiamine diphosphate^[1].

N3PT 动物研究

Animal study

N3PT administered intravenously at 100 mg/kg twice a day for two weeks inhibited transketolase activity but did not exhibit significant anti-tumor activity in HCT-116 tumor-bearing nude mice^[1].
