Manogepix, administered orally at doses of 2.5 mg/kg, 5 mg/kg, and 10 mg/kg twice daily for three days, has been shown to effectively reduce the number of viable C. albicans cells in the oral cavity of specific-pathogen-free female ICR mice in a dose-dependent manner.
