LJ001 生物活性

描述 LJ001 is a versatile and orally active antiviral agent known for its broad-spectrum activity. It operates by binding to viral membranes, effectively inhibiting infections such as TGEV (transmissible gastroenteritis virus) and PDCoV (porcine deltacoronavirus), and reducing the expression of their respective N-proteins[1].[2].

Animal study In vivo, LJ001 demonstrates no toxicity in mice following oral gavage or intraperitoneal administration daily for 7 days at doses of 20 and 50 mg/kg[2].
